Toscana IGT Rosato "Falecine" 2021 - Castelfalfi

Falecine is a dry rosé wine, obtained from pure Sangiovese grapes. The soft pressing of the grapes and the decanting of the must at a controlled temperature give this wine a brilliant cherry pink color. At the nose it is appreciated for the bouquet of fruity and floral scents reminiscent of rose, wisteria and small red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, with a sapid finish and a spicy aftertaste typical of Sangiovese grapes.

Perfect to accompany simple appetizers of the Tuscan tradition, sea and meat dishes, shellfish, fresh cheeses and white meat. Excellent also in combination with pizza
